Hey everyone, I’m really stuck trying to add my Danalock V3 Z-Wave lock to my Homey Pro 2023 system. I’ve successfully paired about 20 other Z-Wave devices without any issues, so this is quite frustrating. Every time I try to add the Danalock, I enter the PIN from the underside of the battery cover, but after a second, I get an error saying, ‘Something went wrong while adding your device. Please check the pincode and try again.’ Even when I enter random numbers, the same error pops up.
I’ve tried everything I can think of:
- Resetting the Danalock to factory settings multiple times.
- Using the developer tool to remove the device, even though it doesn’t show up initially.
- Keeping the device right next to the Homey during pairing.
- Restarting Homey several times.
- Leaving the Homey powered off for over 10 minutes.
- Healing the network and ensuring all routers are reachable.
The Danalock app is up to date (v3.2.3), and the firmware on the lock is 0.21.7. My Android app version is 7.3.0.1255. I’ve scoured the forums and tried every suggestion I could find, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone successfully paired one of these recently? Any tips or tricks would be incredibly appreciated. I’m really hoping to get this sorted out soon!
