Stuttering G410

Just bought G410 to replace a hissing G4. The G410 has stutter/lag. Has very good signal. The lag is worse on echo 5 new gen.

@RibTickler Sorry to hear about the stutter/lag issue with your G410. For such problems, you can check if the installation distance between the doorbell and the repeater/chime exceeds the allowable range, or if there are other Wi-Fi interference sources on the same frequency. Adjusting the repeater/chime’s location or changing the router’s Wi-Fi channel may help improve the connection . Since you mentioned the lag is worse on Echo 5 new gen, it might also be related to the device’s integration—have you tried re-pairing the G410 with the Echo or checking for firmware updates? Feel free to share more details, and the community might have additional tips!

@RibTickler I’m sorry to hear about the stutter/lag issue with your G410. Even with a good signal, factors like the installation distance between the doorbell and the repeater/chime or Wi-Fi interference on the same frequency might cause such problems. You could try adjusting the repeater/chime’s location or changing your router’s Wi-Fi channel to improve the connection . As for the worse lag on the Echo 5 new gen, since I don’t have specific information on that, maybe other community members have similar experiences to share. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to customer service for further assistance.
