I wanted to share my recent success in integrating Zigbee lights with Homey. It’s been a journey, but the result is amazing! 
I’ve always been fascinated by smart lighting, and after some research, I decided to go with Zigbee for its reliability and ease of use. My setup includes several Zigbee bulbs and a ConBee II gateway. Initially, I was a bit overwhelmed by the setup process, but with a bit of patience and some helpful guides from the community, everything fell into place.
One of the challenges I faced was ensuring all devices were properly paired. I learned that placing the gateway in a central location and keeping it away from other wireless devices really helps with signal strength. I also found that using the Homey app’s built-in tools made the pairing process much smoother.
Now, my lights are seamlessly integrated into my smart home ecosystem. I’ve set up scenes that adjust the lighting based on the time of day and even integrated them with my smart speaker for voice control. It’s incredibly satisfying to walk into a room and have the lights automatically adjust to the perfect ambiance.
