At first, it was quite a puzzle figuring out their streaming URLs—these cameras really went the extra mile to hide them! I spent hours trying to decode the streams, but it just wasn’t clicking. Then, I stumbled upon URL Helper, a fantastic tool that made the process so much smoother. It’s a free trial, so I recommend giving it a shot!
Here’s a quick tip: when using URL Helper, make sure to click on every video option the camera offers. I noticed that clicking on the main and sub streams gave me two different URLs—one in Flash (.flv) and another that worked seamlessly without Flash. The latter was the magic key to getting everything up and running in Vera!
