Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent success in integrating my Tesy smart boiler with Homey. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed by the process, but with a bit of research and some trial and error, I managed to get everything working smoothly.
I started by checking the compatibility of Tesy with Homey, which was a bit tricky since there wasn’t a lot of information available. After some digging, I found that while Tesy isn’t natively supported, it can be integrated using third-party apps. I ended up using the Zigbee2MQTT plugin, which allowed me to connect the boiler to my Homey setup.
One of the challenges I faced was ensuring the boiler was sending accurate data to Homey. I had to tweak a few settings and even reached out to the community for advice. Thankfully, someone suggested using the MQTT broker to monitor the data flow, which helped me identify and fix a few issues.
Now that everything is up and running, I can control my boiler directly from the Homey app, set schedules, and even monitor energy usage. It’s been a great addition to my smart home setup, and I’m really happy with how it turned out.
If anyone else is looking to integrate their Tesy boiler, I’d be happy to share more details or walk you through the process. Happy smart home tinkering! ![]()
