I recently purchased two Zigbee Osram bulbs, and while they work perfectly with Google Home, I encountered some confusion when they showed as disconnected in the SmartThings app. This was a bit puzzling since they were functioning well through Google Home. After some research and troubleshooting, I realized that the issue was related to how the bulbs were paired with my hub. I decided to factory reset the bulbs and re-pair them, which resolved the issue. Now, they’re seamlessly integrated and show up correctly in both apps.
