Suggestion: Aqara Service Status Page

It would be really useful if Aqara had an official service status page showing the current state of their servers and cloud services. Sometimes when devices stop responding or the app can’t connect, it’s hard to tell if the issue is on our side or a temporary server problem.

A simple page showing regional status and any ongoing maintenance would make things a lot clearer for everyone, and it could help reduce unnecessary troubleshooting or support tickets when it’s just a temporary outage.

Ideally, this page should be dynamic and automatically updated in real time, not a static post manually maintained by staff. That way, users could rely on it for accurate and immediate information instead of waiting for official confirmation when an outage occurs.

I second this, a simple centralised status webpage would be much appreciated and helpful.
It would have saved me a lot of time and worries during the outage today.

Aqara, where is the status page??? :wink: Indeed, it would be more than useful before resetting the whole smarthome.

This should be a basic requirement if you sell products that do not function fully without hosted servers being online and active.

I use LAN control but it showed just how much of the hundreds (nigh on thousands) of Pounds’ worth of Aqara kit went completely offline to the native app. I know it is (hopefully) a rare experience, but not even being able to be sent 2FA codes when trying to log into this forum to see if it was ‘just me’ or not, was a nail in the Aqara coffin lid as far as I was concerned and very-much I doubt I was alone in that!
