Is it just me or do Support take 3 or 4 days to come back to you when you raise a ticket?
The level of support in my experience seems terrible.

Welcome to the Aqara forum
Usually you don’t have to wait long for a response, just a few hours. If you’re very busy, it may take longer.

The 3 tickets i have looged to date with Aqara Support Ticket one= 3 days to be told to check firmware, turn features on and off and check Wifi Signal, Ticket 2= No response, Ticket 3 =3 days to be told to check firmware, turn features on and off and check Wifi Signal. Not really the “couple of hours” you mention.
