I now have multiple locks connected with a M100 hub and i’m wondering if there is a way to sync access credentials between them. I.E. users and their finger prints and access codes. is this posable or does each person have to save their finger print and code in each lock separately?

There is no synchronization for this, all new users and passwords and fingerprints must be added separately on each lock.
If you use Homekit and the locks support Homekey, then to open the lock there will be one card for all locks.
