If I create a RGB dynamic effect in one light, I would like to be able to have that same effect on multiple lights.
Right now, I know I can go try and manually create the scene for all devices but that is a pain. When you have a house full of light strips and bulbs it makes it hard to make a cohesive scene.
Is there a way to do this that I’m missing? Or is this on a roadmap somewhere?

I don’t have a group of RGB lamps.
But for regular lamps (white), I do it after grouping several lamps, after which the specified lighting mode works for the group as with one lamp.

Yeah I can do that too with my RGB group.
What you aren’t able to do is have a dynamic effect set up for a lighting group, nor can I copy those setting from one bulb to another.
It makes it very hard to do a colorful scene over large areas.
