Power button stopped working on my brand new L1 LED strip. The rest of the buttons (mode change) work without issues. The only way to turn on/off the strip is by disconnecting/reconnecting the cable.
5-second reset did not solve the problem. Anyone seeing the same?
Can you successfully reset the LED strip by long-pressing the power button for 5 seconds(after a successful reset,the strip should turn to white light at 4000K and breathe twice)?If this method does not work to reset the strip,you can remove the strip from the app to reset it,reconnect it to the network,and then try the power button again to see if it works.You might want to give this method a try.
If none of the above methods work,it’s possible that there’s an issue with the button,and you should consider contacting customer service to resolve the issue.

your comment gave me an idea to review the cable. There are two places where the cable can be disconnected:
I’ve disconnected and reconnected the latter one and voila… it’s back to a working state!
