Tamper alarm won’t go off

I recently upgraded my doorbell to new G400 from the G410, I am installing the G410 at my daughter house and when I install batteries the tamper alarm sounds. I made sure to toggle off the tamper notification prior to uninstalling the doorbell. How do I disassemble the tamper alarm?

In the Aqara Home app, go to

Accessories → your Doorbell → three dots in the top right corner → AI Detection → Tamper Alarm

If this option is enabled, the alarm will be triggered as soon as the back of the doorbell is removed.
