在设置过程中，我遇到了登录问题，但后来发现是因为TermoWeb账户需要验证。解决方法是先在TermoWeb网站上登录，确保账户状态正常，然后再在HA中输入相同的凭证。另外，如果设备没有显示，检查一下网关是否在线，确保TermoWeb应用中显示设备为在线状态。
