Hi there… I’d like to ask for a basic functionality be added to the Aqara app (I use iOS) - that being automatically refreshing the state of the device/cards in the app. Quite often I go into the app and it shows old status of devices and I need to manually refresh it each time to see any updated status for them. It should automatically refresh and always show the most updated status for each.

That’s a good point! Also struggling with that issue several times ! I’m also in contact with developers about that - so I’m sure we will get something (new) to solve it ! Stay tuned

Hi, I’m from the Aqara Home team. I’d like to check when this issue happens, or which device it’s related to. Normally, if you stay on the dashboard or come back to the app from the background, the device cards should refresh and update their status in real time. If you can share more details, it would really help us look into it.

Hi, I find it can relate to any of the devices/cards on the screen - sometimes its the alarm status that isn’t updated, sometimes its a lock status (u400) and sometimes its a door/window status (showing open instead of closed, or vice versa). Ive also noticed that FP300 presence sensors sometimes show old info as well. Almost seems stuck in a moment of time…

Yes i see that to on my door sensor when the door opens and close sometimes it is still shows as open on the main page and i have to refresh the main board page to show correctly but only shows from time to time not always
