Hello everyone,
I am currently operating three W100 sensors connected to an m2 device via Zigbee protocol. A recent software update was successfully applied to two of these sensors. However, i have an issue when attempting to update the third sensor.
Any ideas how to resolve this issue?
Try to move that w100 near to M2 because your zigbee signal is bad even for update

Hi, reboot the phone. Move the W100 as close as possible to the M2 gateway. Update again.

Hello .
If the W100 sensor is connected via a Zigbee repeater (an Aqara device with phase and neutral), moving closer to the M2 hub won’t help. You need to remove the W100 sensor and re-pair it with the M2 hub in direct proximity to it. If you can temporarily turn off the repeater, do so and then re-add the W100. I always do this when I want a direct connection: device → hub.
As @cocolino_26 already mentioned, the Zigbee signal level is quite low.
