The multi sensor is not updating on the app

Any ideas why ? Just hangs at the 0 percent mark

Sometimes it just needs a little time and I also had it , that it showed no really updating movements and after I closed it and opened the app, it was updated…

Did you pressed the button to update on FO300?

Hello. Step by step what helped me.

  1. I pulled out the battery.
  2. I brought the sensor to the gateway (it was white to the gateway).
  3. I inserted the battery.
  4. I pressed update.
  5. After pressing update, I immediately pressed the button on the sensor (so that it would blink for a while).

After that, the update took place, the update time was 30-40 minutes. The phone is on the same WiFi network and Bluetooth is turned on.

In my case it helped when I clicked the button (as if I was updating settings) and clicked update. I stayed on the screen the whole time (not sure if it helped or not) and it was slow, but eventually updated.
