I have 2 Aqara smoke detectors, which I really love their design. Test them monthly as a standard drill. As well as water leak detectors around the house. I have some Aqara presence sensors and motion sensors as well, but I decided to use them for lighting automation mainly, not a security-oriented, but I’d love to consider utilizing them more in the future. Those child devices paired with a couple of M2 hubs to send me a notification when something goes wrong. Use both Aqara in-app notifications and my own Home Assistant’s notification system as a redundant system.
I’d like to see more security products from Aqara in the future, especially with more 3rd party lab certifications like UL, Intertek, SGS, TUV, etc. It might make customers more confident to use them in their homes. I know this kind of certifications costs quite a lot but it might be a good thing to see.

In my Aqara security system, I have Aqara smoke detectors, Mi / Honeywell smoke detectors, Aqara water leak sensors, Aqara door and window sensors, Aqara temperature sensors and various Aqara cameras. I have activated most of the devices in Basic Guard in the Aqara Home App.

The smart door lock is very convenient to use and has a good quality. It works well.
Yes, this is a great feature, I really like the new security system settings.

Smoke, gas, presence sensors, water leaks, noise sensor, opening - closing windows, locks, cameras, sockets with energy monitoring when overloaded, the socket turns off
