Hello, I’ve been having a problem with one of the three E1 heads for some time now. After 15-20 minutes of operation, it goes into off mode. I’ve swapped the heads between rooms, with no results. I’ve also swapped the outside temperature sensors, with no results. I’ve switched to the temperature sensor in the head, with no results. Please help.

Please take screenshots of the settings for this thermostat. Also show a reasonable graph.
Thanks for the update. Can you verify if the thermostat is OFF in some other Matter system? Or when you press the thermostat? You can also try restarting the hub to see if it helps.
I noticed my app has occasional bugs and it doesn’t show the current temperature or state. It’s mostly noticeable when I change settings (for example - the schedule).
I also noticed that sometimes widgets on the dashboard control different devices than show (for example: you turn off device 2 and it actually turns off device 1). You have to wait a second or two after it loads, so it loads completely.
