Thermostat W100 and Temperature Sensor average temperature

Hi @AqaraBot Can the W100 Thermostat link to a second temperature sensor to display and trigger based on their average temperature?

@virgilio_alves Hello! At the moment, the Aqara Climate Sensor W100 can indeed connect to additional temperature and humidity sensors like the Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor, Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor T1, and Aqara TVOC Air Quality Monitor. When connected, the W100 can display data from these external sensors in the secondary area on its screen, allowing you to monitor conditions in different locations.

However, the current available information does not specify if it can trigger actions based on the average temperature from multiple sensors. It primarily mentions displaying data from a connected sensor. This feature might not be available yet, but it sounds like a great idea for future updates. Feel free to share any additional thoughts or suggestions you might have on this!

If you’re looking for more specific functionalities or features, it might be worth reaching out to the community or the Aqara support team for further insights. Let me know if you have other questions or need more information!

There is no such possibility, only actions from one selected sensor.

No, but this is unnecessary. The second displayed temperature on the screen is from an associated temperature sensor, so just write and automation directly for the associated temperature sensor.

Additionally this aqarabot here is useless, it barely knows the capabilities of the Aqara products and all its answers just repeat back stuff in the user manual or encourage the user to keep posting on this forum.
