Tilt Sensor Range

Hi folks. I’ve got a tilt sensor on my garage door, which is about 20 feet away from my house and about 30 feet from my Hub M3 (though it’s separated by 2 concrete walls. Of course I have no signal for the sensor (but I do get signal when the garage door is open - not so convenient). Any idea what the signal range should be? Any ideas how to boost the range (btw, I don’t have power outlets in my garage)? Thanks!

You need zigbee repeaters - they extend the zigbee network. I wrote about this in detail in this message at the link below.

Hi @guylopes71 , there is currently no custom Zigbee network map, maybe it will appear in the future. If you have a large area, you need to use Zigbee signal repeater devices for better signal coverage over large areas. Aqara devices powered by a 220v network (neutral is required) are repeaters (relays with neutral, switches with neutral, motors for 220v curtains, sockets, light bulbs, etc.)
