I cannot fix the time stamp on my aqara g410. It is 4 hours behind. I have tried restarting, disconnecting, removing and reinstalling on home app. Nothing works.

Thank you for your help! I fixed it but o have one more question. Is there way to get rid of military time and just use regular time?
The time display will be in 24 hour format.

So you telling me Aqara has everything in military time all camera’s all logs and can not be changed?
Hello, the camera time is synchronized with the time you selected in the app.

Ya but none of those choices will turn of the military 24 is all I am trying to do.
I’m not really sure what you’re referring to because there’s nowhere in the car app that I looked and I looked everywhere. That allows you to turn off 24 hour time military and send it back to 12 am /pm
What APP are you using?
In iOS 26 (iPhone), you can configure this under:
Settings → General → Date & Time → disable 24-Hour Time
This setting will also affect the Aqara Home app.
This setting change also affects the G410’s video event history, but not the video timestamp or the cloud log.
I imagine it’s similar on Android, but unfortunately I can’t tell you where to find that setting there.

I already told you I do not not not have 24 hr turn on on iPhone 17Pro max settings but yet the. Aqara app still has it on.
I am using the. Aqara app. Or Apple HSV or Apple home app.
Yes on there and any other place Aqara shows Time stamp. Logs or anything.
A visual example of changing the time. I changed the location in the Aqara home application from GMT 2 to -4 and got this result

i have 100% Done that and have selected my country , State in USa and Area and still changes nothing i still have 24 hr military time.

I really appreciate you taking the time to show me but i by no means new to this or Aqara. i just seen that and kinda don’t like military time.
I have 57 accessories, Two camera s, New Door lock and various other devices and many have logs.

By the way if you look at both the pics you took Video examples of both have Military time on them.
21:09:45 = 9:09pm and 15:16:43= 3:16pm
