TouchScreen Switch S100 US - Clock Display

I set up the new S100 in the Aqara app, but I can’t find any option in Settings to change one of the display buttons to show the date, as shown in some of the product marketing. The switch is currently on firmware 1.0.3.0 and my M3 hub is on 4.4.450_0019.

What am I missing?

@earroyo You seem to be experiencing an issue with not finding the option to change a display button to show the date. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:


This will be more efficient. If you do not have an Aqara Home account, “Please click here” to create a ticket.

Hello, we have received your enquiry. This issue is primarily due to the gateway version; the gateway needs to be updated to the new version released at the end of April. The latest gateway version for the M3 is currently 4.5.40. This feature will be supported once the next version of 4.5.40 is released.
Once the gateway has been updated, you will be able to view this feature in the device settings within the Aqara Home app.

Can Aqara please write release notes in the god damn firmware/gateway releases!

I would bet $1000 dollars that when the firmware is released it says

  1. Optimise device related functions
  2. Fix know issues

You can’t expect every user to join the forum to know what is fixed or added in every release
