The initial setup was seamless, and it was thrilling to see everything working perfectly right out of the box. However, the real challenge came when I tried to connect it with Alexa for voice control. Despite activating the Shelly skill, updating the firmware, and resetting the device multiple times, I encountered issues where the device wouldn’t respond to voice commands. This was frustrating, but it also taught me the importance of persistence and the value of community support. After some research, I discovered that certain devices require additional configuration steps or specific skill integrations. I’m now exploring more advanced automation scripts and looking forward to sharing my progress as I continue to refine my smart home setup. This journey has been a great learning experience, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next!
