Hey everyone, I wanted to share an exciting DIY project I recently completed with my Shelly Flood. It all started when I realized I didn’t have a practical way to use the Shelly 1 with a temperature sensor for my pool. After some brainstorming, I decided to repurpose my Shelly Flood to serve this purpose. Here’s how I did it:
I attached a kabelgebundener Temperatursensor DS18B20 to the Flood’s built-in temperature sensor. The goal was to monitor my pool’s water temperature using a battery-powered setup. While I’ve successfully implemented this, I’m curious if others have tried similar modifications or have alternative solutions. I’d love to hear your experiences and tips!
