Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience with the Govee Tree Floor Lamp assembly, as I ran into a little hiccup that I thought others might find helpful to know about.
When I first received the lamp, I noticed that the bar didn’t seem to screw into the base properly. The thread was smaller than the hole in the bar, which was a bit confusing. I double-checked the instructions and made sure I wasn’t missing any parts, but everything seemed to be there. After some trial and error, I realized that the bar needed to be seated at a slight angle to engage the threads correctly. Once I figured that out, the assembly went smoothly!
For anyone else who might encounter this, here are a few tips:
- Check the alignment: Make sure the bar is aligned correctly with the base before attempting to screw it in.
- Use gentle force: Don’t over tighten, as this could damage the threads.
- Refer to the manual: If you’re unsure, the manual usually has clear diagrams to guide you.
Overall, the lamp looks fantastic and adds a nice touch to my living room. It’s bright, easy to control, and the RGB settings are a lot of fun to play with. I’m really happy with my purchase!
