Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with my Remotec ZF-80US dry contact relay. A few months ago, it suddenly disappeared from my SmartThings setup, and I’ve been struggling to reconnect it ever since. I’ve tried using the Z-Wave utilities on the hub to delete and add the device, but nothing seems to work. I’ve also attempted all the possible add device options, but the hub doesn’t seem to detect it. I’m really stuck here and would appreciate any advice or solutions. Has anyone else encountered this issue and managed to resolve it? I’m hoping to get this sorted before winter sets in, as I rely on it to control my fireplace. Thanks in advance for any help!
