Troubleshooting Shelly 2.5 Cloud Connectivity Issues

Hi everyone, I’ve been having some trouble with my Shelly 2.5 devices losing their cloud connection after about a day. I have two units set up, and both experience this issue. While they remain accessible via Wi-Fi, the cloud connection drops, which is a bit frustrating since I rely on it for remote access.

I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, like resetting the devices and reactivating the cloud connection, but the problem persists. It’s not an age issue—they’re only about a week old. I’m wondering if there’s a more permanent fix than constantly resetting them. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I’d love to get this figured out without having to return the devices.
