Hey everyone, I’m trying to integrate a webcam into my smart home setup using Home Assistant. I came across this great guide that suggested using a picture glance card to display a still image from the webcam. The idea is to update the image every 10 minutes, which should keep things fresh without overwhelming the system.
I followed the instructions, linking the card to the webcam’s still image URL. But here’s the thing—it just won’t load. I’ve checked the URL multiple times, and it works fine when accessed directly. I’ve also tried different browsers and even emptied the cache, but no luck.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting this to work? Maybe I’m missing a step in the configuration. I’d love to hear how others have successfully integrated their webcams into their setups. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
