I followed the standard setup steps—selecting the device, choosing the outdoor plug option, and connecting to my Wi-Fi—but my phone just says it’s searching for the device and never finds it. I tried rebooting my phone and even tested another outdoor plug, but neither worked. All my cameras and indoor plugs connected without a hitch, so I’m a bit puzzled.
