U100 Door Lock Not Responding in Homekit

My u100 door lock says No Response in my Apple homekit. I have it bound to a G3 camera. I’ve done everything that had been recommended which is cycle the power by removing batteries, I removed and readded back into both the Aqara app and HomeKit and the funny thing is that it works to unlock remotely in the Aqara app but not the HomeKit. If I’m close enough though at home, the door lock it will give me a status update and allow me to lock and unlock in the HomeKit app so it works but when I leave home it no longer provides a response.

Do you have an Apple Hub (Apple TV, HomePod, etc)? The Apple Hub needs to be within Bluetooth range of the lock to work remotely when away from home. The G3 hub isn’t a direct substitute when using HomeKit.
