U100 Lock Not Connecting To App

My U100 lock isn’t connecting to the app whenever I try and pair it. Not sure what to do and support hasn’t been answering. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, my WiFi connection is strong and I obviously have Bluetooth on. I’m able to bind it to HomeKit but for some reason it just won’t pair to the Aquara app.

Thanks for your message, can you please provide your app version and the firmware version of the door lock? The latest Aqara Home version is 5.2.3 . Also when connecting to the aqara home app, please make sure you have turned on your phone’s bluetooth and wifi.

If there is still an issue, I would like your assistance in providing a video. we would like to see if we can figure out the cause through the video.
