U100 lock often not recognizing door is shut

My lock will often having random times where it won’t recognize that the door is shut even after I open and shut the door again. Then it will fix itself and seem to work fine again. Any suggestions on what might cause this?

Hi there, yes I have performed these steps a few times however this issue still re-occurs. My lock is integrated into Apple Home using the Aqara M3 hub through Zigbee. Apple Home reports the lock as Unlocked even though the lock is actually in the locked position. After a few locked / unlocked selections in Apple Home, the lock state clears itself and Aqara app shows the door as closed and the lock as locked.

Yes I do have an Aqara Home Account and I will proceed to open a ticket. FYI … the Aqara App also misreports the door status as when this problem occurs, I get door status “Unknow Status ?” and lock state is “Unlockded”

Just to note, the Aqara Smart Door Lock U100 currently only supports lock status detection (including locked, unlocked, and lock failure), and door status detection isn’t available yet—this might be related to the “Unknown Status” you’re seeing. Will d. FYI … now the lock state / status has changed to the following once we unlocked the door using the fingerprint option.
