U100 Smart Locks going offline

U100 Smart Locks keep going offline and all other smart devices in home do not. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi @jmpusateri1 welcome to the forum. Can you share some insight into your setup? What hub are you using with the U100 and where is it placed in relation to the lock?

I would say this isn’t uncommon and we should look first at signal strength.
