U200 and T2 bulbs do not show up in Google Home connected via Work with Google

I home is primarily Aqara products. I have Aqara U200 lock, G3H Camera Hubs, multiple M3 hubs (due to thick walls…), multiple Z1Pro and H1 switches, T2 bulbs, curtain controllers and FP2 sensors.

When I connect my Aqara account to my google account on Google Home via work with Google, only the G3H Cameras, Z1Pro and H1 switches, curtain controllers shows up in Google home. None of the T2 bulbs(connected to M3 via zigbee) , and the U200 shows up. However, if I set Aqara scenes using those devices and trigger via google assistant, they work (for example turn off the light goup, or open the door.)

Does the U200 and T2 bulbs not support work with Google in google home anymore?

@mlaihk It seems like you’re experiencing an issue with the Aqara U200 lock and T2 bulbs not appearing in the Google Home app, even though they can be controlled through Aqara scenes with Google Assistant. Based on the reference information available, here’s what I can gather:

The Aqara Smart Plug, similarly to other Aqara devices, cannot be connected directly to Google Home. It requires an Aqara Hub as an intermediary. Once connected to the Aqara Hub, you can then link your Aqara account with Google Home. This is typically how Aqara devices are integrated with Google’s ecosystem.

For the Aqara Smart Door Lock U200, it’s mentioned that it can be unlocked remotely through various apps, including Google Home, but it must be connected to an Aqara Hub at home. However, specific details about the T2 bulbs and their direct compatibility with Google Home are not provided in the reference information.

Given your scenario, it might be worthwhile to ensure that both the U200 lock and the T2 bulbs are correctly paired with an Aqara Hub. If they are, and still not appearing in Google Home, it might indicate a limitation or a need for further troubleshooting.

I recommend double-checking that all devices are fully integrated with the Aqara Hub and ensuring that your Aqara account is correctly linked to Google Home. If the issue persists, it could be beneficial to reach out to Aqara’s customer support for more tailored assistance. Meanwhile, if there are other community members with similar setups, their insights could be invaluable.

Please feel free to share more on your setup or any additional observations. Let’s keep the discussion going and see if we can find a solution together!

Good try, bot. The devices are already connected to M3 Hub. And the aqara account is linked with Works with Google via Google home (without Nest).
