U200 battery can't charge beyond 27%

My u200 battery is getting worse and worse. I have the lock roughly half a year and I keep getting problems with being able to charge the battery. I checked the usb-c cable, as well as the charger and I can confirm that they are correct (I replaced them with other ones and the effect is the same). Right now I keep getting battery-low warnings very quickly as the charging level nears to 20%. Leaving the battery to be charged for entire night brings it to the level of 27-28%, but not more than that. While plugged in, the indicator light next to the charging slot keeps blinking green and red constantly.

Can someone help what can I do more to diagnose where the problem is and how to fix it?

You can try to update the U200 door lock to be the latest firmware to have a check, consider to contact the Aqara support if it still not work

Hi, Could you try pulling out the battery for charging? After the indicator light turns green/white, you can put it back and use the Aqara Home app to check the battery level. If it doesn’t work, please feel free to contact our customer service to get a new battery. (Email: support@aqara.com )
