U200 fails to calibrate

Hello, I have installed a new U200, configured for US deadbolt operation. The unit fails to calibrate. You can hear the motors grinding but the mechanism to move the deadbolt does not spin. It is like a clutch not engaging. Have tried all variations of Quiet mode, factory resetting, calibration from the lock and from the Aqara app. Tried using the Aqara AI chat and now just getting a server busy message. Any suggestions? Does Aqara have an actual support desk? Thanks

    • Press and hold the Set button on the lock for 3 seconds to initiate calibration. If the lock beeps twice, it indicates calibration failure.
  3. Use the Aqara Home App: Try the manual calibration feature in the Aqara Home app by navigating to “Settings” > “Calibrate Lock.”

  4. Firmware Update: In the app, go to profile > firmware update, enable beta updates, and upgrade the device to the latest version. Then attempt calibration again.

  5. Switch Lock Mode: In the settings under Lock Mode, switch the mode to “Standard” and attempt calibration again.

  6. Manual Intervention: If it still fails, try inserting the key and, during the final half-turn of the calibration, block the U200 to prevent it from turning further and see if it succeeds.

I have the exact same problems as the friend above. I was using it in European mode. Now I can’t use the lock. It was working fine before the v80 update. The assembly is the same assembly. No changes. But after the v80 update, the lock went crazy. It can’t calibrate. There is a constant sound like gear scraping. Sometimes I say unlock, it closes or vice versa. When I say pull the bead, it locks. However, most of the time there is a sound like gear scraping and it doesn’t do anything. I think it needs to be fixed urgently with the new update. Or please give me the opportunity to go back to the previous version. Best regards.

Hi Yusuf, did you ever resolve this issue with your U200 lock? I was unable to get it resolved and ended up returning all 3 locks that I purchased.
