U200 finger print reader only works once

The u200 has been working great for me since I got the kickstarter version. Today issues started. HomeKey no longer works and the finger print reader also stopped working. I tried new batteries and after inserting these the fingerprint reader works once and then stops until batteries are take out and in again. I can still add new finger prints so the reader is still functioning. It seems like the finger print reader is put to sleep and won’t wake up. After a reset of the lock, the keypad and my home hub I (several times), HomeKey started working again. Any ideas what the issue could be? I’m on V80. Would V84 be able to fix the issue?

Thanks! Homekey seems fixed. It failed again this morning but after updating it seems that it keeps working. The fingerprint still only works right after taking the batteries out but then stops working.

It somehow fixed itself overnight. Fingerprints work again. No idea why though…

I have not had any issues with it. But the homely never works for me.

I have the same problem. But I have firmware v80, and of course I have the battery version enabled. How can I get v84 and newer versions? Do I need to be on some kind of whitelist?
