You can just make an automation for that if you need that.
Automation is like: If: Time 22:00 and u200 not locked, THEN: Lock U200.
Believe that should sit your issue?
Absolutely! Like you said @mikkelgraverjensen ! That should solve your problem @gabriele_cirillo
Hi, @mikkelgraverjensen. Your example will not work because the “lock is open” condition is an action (an operation that you will trigger manually). To close the lock at 10:00 PM, you need to do the following automation.
Fig.1.
@gafich10 yes you are correct, the simple way is just to use the if time is 22:00 then lock U200 ![]()
Ah ok, I need a hub for this, I meant an option included directly in the lock. Thanks for your reply
I bought m100 hub, I could hardly connect the lock to the hub via alexa Amazon. Now in the aqara app I see both online lock and m100 hub. If I enter the lock I see that it is connected to the cloud. But if I try to open or close from the app, it says it’s doing it but in reality it doesn’t do anything. Can anyone help me? Thank you
The connection between the lock and the hub is there because if I close or open the lock manually, updating the aqara app tells me if it is open or closed
Thanks!
I’ll answer myself, maybe it’s useful to some other person. The m100 hub cannot control the opening and closing of the u200 lock but only acts as a bridge with alexa, Google, etc. I was able to connect it to alexa and via the alexa app I can control it. But it’s absurd that they sell u200 kits with the m100 hub if it doesn’t even work in their app, but it necessarily needs an m3 hub.
Hello, the M100 controls the U200 lock without any problems. Most likely you have not connected it properly. Also check if IPv6 is enabled on your router.
I asked for help to aqara support and they replied that it only works with Alexa and that for the full functionality of the app I need M3 Hub. I try today to readd the hub in aqara app and ok, but when try do link the cloud in u200, I select the hub and then this error appear. So I have hard reset everything and config only in alexa app and now it’s working fine.
