U200 keypad is grey out in the Aqara app

Does anyone also have the issue that in the Aqara app the keypad of the U200 smart lock doesn’t show battery level or that it’s hard wired.
I got both on the keypad but it’s still grey out.

Hi there! Before changing users or keypad settings, please tap any button on the keypad first. This helps conserve battery, as HomeKeys requires a very fast connection. Keeping the keypad constantly connected would drain its battery much faster.

Once set up, the keypad will automatically play a low-battery alert sound when power runs low during normal use.

If the keypad is hard wired and gets constantly power is there than an option to keep the keypad activated all time.
