HI I have had my. lock for over a year no problem but now its taking two or three attempts to lock its turning you can hear it but just does not seem go that last bit have reset and recalibrated but still luck any idea

If there is a viable solution to this or the U600 can manage it i would be very interested that that it matters too much for me but visitors etc don’t always lift the handle unless locking the door which annoys me then when the U200 jams & looses calibration so does not lock/unlock.
I hope the U600 may help with this or maybe at least able to detect if handle has not been lifted
