Hi. I’ve added the key to my Apple Wallet and but the lock doesn’t seem to recognise either. Any ideas? Thanks.

This should work, make sure you have HomeKit settings set to allow all users to use homekey.
Thanks Raman! I might have missed this option when I first set it up but I can’t see where to enable it (I can see the list of family members who are able to access the lock, but nothing on using their phones/NFC). Should I just remove and re-pair? It took several attempts to pair last time so I’m a little reluctant to try.

We would like to know your door lock firmware version and iPhone iOS version.
I recommend updating your iOS to version 18.5 or higher. For the door lock, we suggest using firmware versions v77 or v84 ( v84-you’ll need to enable beta firmware updates in the Aqara Home app).
When binding the door lock in Apple Home, make sure your HomePod or Apple TV is close to the lock, as they are performing transmission to generate an encryption key.
You can also try reinstalling the battery, which may help the device reconnect to the Home app.
