U200 Not opening remotely anymore

For 1 year I could open the u200 remotely from work place by pressing the blue button „retract Latch“,
so I could open the door at home for the cleaning lady

After a Fw update it suddenly always demands a local Bluetooth connection and only shows this option as blue button available (see Screenshot I just made being at work)

I checked all options on the Aqara app and can’t get the remote connection to the u200 back to work and showing the „Retract Latch“ button again as it did always before

Somehow it’s not anymore correctly connected to the M3 hub via internet.

Is this a planned downgrade of the function of the U200??

How can I fix this urgent problem?

That’s definitely not normal. Have you tried doing the pairing process again? Maybe factory resetting the U200 so you can try the whole setup again? It’s a bit annoying but I know it fixed multiple issues on the U200!

Yes, this option should be available if everything works correctly
Try to check connection to M3 and if necessary bind it again
