Not had my U200 long, and for the most part I love it. But a couple things bugging me which I hope someone here can help with.
The auto-relock when you close the door. I have it set to 3 seconds, and half the time it works perfectly. But if the door is left open a little while it tries to turn the latch while fully open, then when you close the door doesn’t lock. You have to unlock it and then re-lock it manually. I have tried re-calibration several times, and tested different settings, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had a problem with this?
The other niggle I have is in the app. I have tried to disable the notifications of the door being locked and unlocked, as I live alone so know when I open my door. But despite disabling all device notifications they are still showing up in the app. How do you disable them for just the locking and unlocking events?
I only want notifications if the door is left unlocked for a time, or the battery is running low.
