I got this from support last week. It worked, but only on the fourth or fifth time.

To factory reset the Aqara U200 door lock without the admin PIN, you can use the Matter pairing code as verification. Please note that this method requires firmware version V80 (3.0.0_0080) or newer.
Steps to reset without admin PIN:
- Confirm the U200 firmware is V80 / 3.0.0_0080 or newer.
- Press and hold the 0 + 9 keys on the keypad together for about 10 seconds.
- When prompted for administrator verification, enter the last 8 digits of the Matter pairing code, without the dashes.
- Press the Confirm/Validation key (✓) on the keypad.
- Wait for the factory reset to complete.
- Add the U200 to Aqara Home as a new device.
Where to find the Matter pairing code:
The Matter pairing code is printed on a label on the U200 door lock itself. There are two QR codes/labels on the device: one is the Matter code and the other is the Aqara installation code. You need the Matter pairing code (an 11-digit code). Use the last 8 digits of this code (excluding any dashes) for the reset verification.
Please be aware that resetting the device will clear all data on the lock, including schedules, battery level records, and connected sub-devices. After the reset, you will need to reconfigure and re-pair the device.
If this method doesn’t work or your lock isn’t up to date, unfortunately, the only remaining option is to use the administrator password. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.
