I am constantly getting a binding failure with my u300 door lock. I bind the lock to the m100 hub and now recently it disconnected and I get Binding Error. This happened very recently.

did you get new firmware for m100?
it’s causing me a lot of issues with matter over thread. it’s newest update.

I’ve seen similar issues before. Try removing the lock from the hub, rebooting the M100, and then binding it again. Also make sure both devices have the latest firmware installed. Hopefully it’s just a temporary connectivity issue and not a hardware problem.
