I installed a U300 on the door to our garage and love it except for one annoying thing. I very once in a while, the lock “sticks” such that I need to apply a lot of downward or upward force on exterior handle to open the door. It’s like the lock doesn’t get disengaged all the way when unlocking. Not even using a key remedies the problem. I thought maybe it was a problem with the door, but the problem is intermittent… like once every 9 or 10 times.
Has anyone else had this sort of problem?

Open the door, press down on the handle and check, take a photo, and see if the latch is fully retracted. Also, check if the door gap is particularly small. You can provide the photo and details to me for troubleshoot
