U400 auto-lock calibration doesn’t work

Anyone encountering an issue with the U400 lock where despite calibration of the lock, it auto-locks while the door is open? My understanding is that the calibration teaches the gyroscope when to auto lock.

I haven’t with the u400 but I did get that once in a while with my u100. I honestly never dug deep as it didn’t bother me (or leave me locked out thankfully) I would double check all settings, toggle auto lock on and off and recalibrate to see if those clear out any bugs.

Thanks Ben. I’ve done those things and no difference. Still deploys the bolt while the door is open. Not a horrible thing, but with 1 min auto-lock, I have had the bolt deploy as the door is being closed over and nearly jam.

Hello, I had this thought. Maybe there is some kind of electrical influence (radio magnetic) on the lock and these problems arise.

Completely agree that this is resolved with excellent support from Aqara. Turns out the Apple Home integration also had the “auto lock” setting enabled after 1 min so it was also locking the door despite me calibrating the door via Aqara app. Aqara settings and lock were working exactly as designed and configure, however, Apple Home doesn’t have awareness of the gyro and so it was auto locking after 1 min. I’ve disabled the setting in Apple Home and the lock is working perfectly.
