So I charged my U400 overnight and my Aqara app says it’s at 99% while Apple Home shows 62%
So which is correct?
So I took the battery off the lock and plugged it in and Apple home still says 62% but it says low battery above it. The Aqara app had said 99% now it shows zero. What the heck?

Some users noticed battery level not syncing across platforms and slow charging.
Solved in firmware v3.1.0.6
We optimized charging protection and battery sync timing, so battery data can now sync earlier and more reliably to other Matter ecosystems.
Switch on the beta update > Entry smart lock U400 - setting > Firmware update
