Any chance you can add support for the U400 on the China Mainland server/region in Aqara Home?
I was hoping to add a U400 to my existing home, but the app doesn’t recognize it as an available device when my region is set to China Mainland (so I can’t pair it).
I’d really like to keep everything on the China server since all my other devices/automations are already there. If there’s an official workaround that doesn’t require switching regions, I’d love to know too.
Hmm, unfortunately the U400 is mainly developed and designed for US server , so you can’t add it to China server ! There’s no workaround for it
Each Aqara device is developed with a specific target market in mind. To ensure the best experience, we design our products to comply with local regulations and match the typical usage habits of customers in that region.
As a result, some Aqara devices are not available globally. For example, the U400 lock is designed for the United States and Canada, and is not intended for use in Mainland China.
