U400 consistently fails to unlock

I’m getting a “Latch not fully extended or retracted” error on my U400 on an almost daily basis. Seems to be after the door is not used for a while. Only using the Aqara app. I’ve re-calibrated and checked the cable routing. The lock manually moves smoothly, no binding. I can mess with it and eventually it seems to re-lock and then will work. However my wife will not have my patience.
